Your PEPBinder should arrive within 3 – 5 business days from your order date.
You will receive an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation so you can
anticipate when it will arrive.

Yes, if 25 or more binders are purchased, each binder will be offered at a bulk
price of $50 plus shipping charges and sales tax. For bulk orders of 25 or more,
send an email to cgentry@pepbinders.com with your contact information and we
will call you to place your order.

No. One PEPBinder per household should be sufficient. The PEPBinder was
designed to include information for all members of the household. It should be a
resource for everyone in your family should you or your significant other become
seriously ill or your estate is being settled.

If you have a google mail account, you can use Google sheets, it is a free tool
that mimics Excel and works essentially the same as Excel.

The Excel worksheets have been protected to assure column labels are not
deleted. You should be able to enter your personal information while protecting
the labels. If you want to change labels, you just need to unprotect the
worksheet. When you do this, you will be asked for a password, that password is
PEP.
The Google Sheets version does not have protected column labels so we recommend you save a blank copy of the worksheets should you happen to delete a label accidentally. You will also have your printed PEPBinder worksheets once you receive your binder.

If you plan to complete the worksheets using your phone, you will need the
Google sheets app or Microsoft Office app on your phone.
